Bastion Operations provides compliance, surveillance, and business intelligence software solutions for regulated industries. Our services include but are not limited to: Surveillance Operations, PASR Automation Suite, EDD Intelligence Engine, VIP Deal Modeller, and WheelGuard.

3. Access and Use

Access to our platforms is provided on a licensed basis. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Data and Confidentiality

All data processed through our platforms remains the property of the client. Bastion Operations does not share, sell, or distribute client data to third parties. All processing is subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, templates, and documentation are the intellectual property of Bastion Operations and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bastion Operations provides tools to support compliance and operational decisions. Our software does not constitute legal, regulatory, or financial advice. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.
